A Few Things To Know Before We Begin...

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your session, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the session. Payment can be made via PayNow. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Each client has one complimentary late cancellation, which can be used at any time. Your deposit will be refunded with no questions asked! For subsequent late cancellations, the deposit will be forfeited.

Packages

Packages are intended to support continuity of care and are offered at a discounted rate compared with the prevailing individual session fee. Caregivers may request to discontinue a package at any time. If a package is discontinued before all sessions are used, sessions already attended or otherwise chargeable will be recalculated at the prevailing individual session rate. Any remaining balance will then be refunded.

Workshops

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a workshop booking, with the remaining balance payable 24 hours' before the workshop.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will generally end at the scheduled time where possible, even if you arrive late, to respect the appointments that follow.​​​​​
